Directions
General location: one block east of football field at Fossil Ridge High School.
Directions: take Harmony to Lady Moon (there is a traffic light at the intersection of Harmony and Lady Moon; this light is east of the intersection of harmony and Ziegler). Take Lady Moon south, just past the stop sign take next left onto Galileo Drive, then immediate left onto Star Dust Ln. This is a home office so please park out in front of house, come in the front door, and wait in waiting room.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to avoid missed-appointment fee. There is no missed appointment fee if you are sick and need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointment fee: $45 = 1 hour
Late Appointment: If you are late for an appointment, your end-session time will remain the same in order to be respectful of other client's scheduled appointments.
Guests: If you bring children, they need to be in the massage room with you and unobtrusive. If you bring an adult, they may wait in the waiting room.
Payment: Payment is expected in full at time of service. Credit cards are NOT accepted; cash or payment by check is required at time of service. If using gift certificates or massage packages, you must surrender the gift certificate, or present the massage package sheet to be signed-off at time of service. If you forget the gift certificate or massage package sheet, cash or payment by check is due at time of service.
Insurance: Most insurance companies do not cover massage. Massage may be covered through the following:
-- Health savings plans may cover massage. At time of massage, please request a payment receipt and
medical bill so you an submit them for reimbursement from your health insurance provider. Payment to
massage therapist is required at time of service.
-- Med-Pay (an additional coverage through your auto insurance) may cover massage for recovery from an auto
accident. Please speak with me to determine the potential coverage prior to massage appointment.
